Job Title: Residential Cleaner
Job Description
We are seeking a Temporary Residential Porter to support day-to-day building operations for a 12-floor senior housing property. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for residents during a leave coverage period. Pay depends on experience, $19-$22/hr.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties across the property, including sweeping and mopping common areas.
- Manage garbage removal and maintain sanitation standards.
- Assist with unit turnover, including the removal of furniture and final cleaning and preparation for new residents.
- Support overall building upkeep and respond to day-to-day operational needs.
