Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure that berths are available on time to prevent the vessel from anchoring.
- Maintain vessel port efficiency while ensuring that all arrastre personnel and equipment are present upon vessel arrival.
- Ensure that the vessel departs on schedule.
- Manage the storage cost
- Validation of Port Charges
- Responsible for the creation of Loadlist, Discharge List, and Manifest
- Coordination with the vessel regarding stowage planning
- Ensure compliance to all the regulatory requirements
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on terminal operations
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Relevant work experience in the field of business, logistics, and transport
- At least 2 years of lead role experience in the distribution or logistics
- Above-average communication and technical writing skills
