We're looking for an experienced Pool Installation Foreman to take charge of day-to-day operations on residential pool construction sites. What You'll Do
As the Foreman, you are the on-site leader, coordinating crews, managing workflow, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Supervise and lead installation crews of 2+ workers
- Oversee excavation, grading, base prep, pool placement, plumbing, backfilling, and equipment installation
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, and subcontractor coordination
- Conduct daily inspections for safety, quality, and progress
