Policy Specialist, Trust and Safety Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree. Experience in Trust and Safety, policy implementation, and escalation management. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as engineering and product management. Experience using data and technology to solve business problems. Ability to exercise sound judgment in a crisis. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing and fast environment.
