Job Description
Assist in shaping policies at Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation as a Policy Coordinator. Your role will involve researching and developing governance frameworks in support of community initiatives.
As the Policy Coordinator, you will lead the evaluation of policies for the VGFN while supporting the Executive Office. Key skills include critical policy analysis, inter-departmental collaboration, and Indigenous governance research, which will be essential in this impactful position.

• Lead policy development to support new and revised initiatives
• Conduct jurisdictional research to identify governance best practices
