Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering great outcomes for children and families? We're looking for an Analyst II to actively contribute to policy development and data analysis as part of the Infrastructure and Local Planning team, working on the expansion of kindergarten and helping to deliver on a series of new reforms in early childhood education in Victoria.
The Analyst II is responsible for supporting the maintenance and utilisation of a range of complex modelling tools – strong excel skills are essential.
The work also includes being involved in policy analysis and development. As such it requires a policy and data all- rounder who is experienced in:
* understanding quantitative implications of policy views and decisions
* data analysis and translating data results into insights
* using data insights to support business decisions.
