Job Profile:
KRA: To design, implement and ensure End-to-end Performance Management system across all Departments in the Company
1.Coordinate and facilitate Monthly Review Meetings with department heads.
2.Liaise with managers to gather performance feedback on employees completing their probation period.
3.Ensure timely communication and documentation of confirmation or extension decisions.
4.Design and implement employee recognition programs to foster a positive work culture.
5.Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual R&R events.
6.Track and report the impact of recognition programs on employee engagement.
7.Assist in implementing and maintaining the Performance Management System.
8.Provide training and resources to ensure effective use of the PMS.
9.Collaborate with department heads to define and update KRAs and KPIs for all roles.
