Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
- Treat safety and environmental compliance as a top priority and ensure all PMS-related activities comply with regulations.
- Provide advanced support for PMS-related issues reported by end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Work closely with the PMS Specialist and other departments to ensure that all PMS-related issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the PMS system database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data on documents vs. equipment details recorded in the system.
- Work and coordinate with the global PMS team to execute and complete relevant tasks, leading initiatives/projects as may be necessary.
- Work with other teams to ensure that the PMS system is integrated with other business systems as needed.
