Position Overview

PMC Commissioning Superintendent – responsible for leading and supervising all commissioning activities for a major offshore project under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all commissioning activities for offshore projects.
• Ensure safe commissioning, testing, and handover of all systems and subsystems in full compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the highest standards of HSE, quality, and performance throughout the commissioning process.
• Manage multidisciplinary commissioning teams in a complex offshore environment.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and operations teams to facilitate smooth transitions from construction to operational readiness.
