PM Warehouse Operations Manager - Ashby-de-la-Zouch - £50,000 - £55,000 + Package
The Role
This PM Warehouse Operations Manager opportunity is with a well-established 3PL business based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, operating within a fast-paced, customer-focused warehousing environment.
The business is looking for a hands-on PM Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the afternoon/evening operation, ensuring productivity, accuracy and customer service standards are consistently achieved. You'll have full responsibility for the shift, leading operational teams while driving a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the wider Logistics distribution and supply chain function, you'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the warehouse while supporting the site's continued growth and customer performance.
The PM shift offers flexibility, typically operating around 2:00pm - 10:00pm (or equivalent).
