**Job Title: Preventative Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
In this role, you will have the responsibility to perform preventive maintenance and lubrication on machines and equipment in the machine shop. A primary focus will be on servicing the chip and coolant handling systems. You will also assist Machine Repairmen with various tasks that require two persons. This position involves autonomously performing minor mechanical repairs and processing duties such as unplugging sluices, replacing way wipers, piping, and eliminating air, coolant, and hydraulic leaks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work around high voltage electrical systems, up to 480 V.
+ Perform pump maintenance and repairs.
+ Manage auto lubrication systems.
+ Handle hoses and perform lubrication and grease preventive maintenance.
+ Assist level 6 technicians as needed.
+ Maintain boilers.
