Manage maintenance and repair of water systems as a skilled Plumbing Technician. Optimize building operations and tenant satisfaction through expert problem-solving skills and preventative maintenance programs.
The role focuses on the coordination of maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily plumbing maintenance operations
• Analyze and resolve equipment and building concerns
• Perform corrective maintenance and repairs
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans
• Ensure compliance with safety policies
Requirements:
• Certification as a journeyman plumber required
• 3–5 years of relevant plumbing experience
• Gasfitter A or B is preferred
• Must achieve security clearance standards
