This position contributes to the overall organization by prefabricating and pre‑assembling identified assemblies within a mechanical design in advance of the project schedule requirement in an efficient and safe environment ensuring a high standard of quality. This role primarily interacts with Prefabrication Foreman, BIM and Prefabrication Coordinator, and at times the Field Operations Manager. Reporting to the Prefabrication Foreman and ultimately the General Manager, this role is critical in pursuing operational excellence by observing all company processes and policies.
