Your Opportunity:
Under limited supervision, performs a full range of journeyman level plumbing, steam and gas fitting duties utilizing considerable initiative and judgment and in accordance with blueprints & diagrams including plumbing, gas fitting medical gas and building codes, regulations and department policy. Representative duties include: Maintaining, commissioning, monitoring, trouble shooting, analyzing performance and repairing of mechanical equipment and systems including monitoring, testing, trouble shooting, documenting, analyzing performance, installing, repairing, maintaining and servicing plumbing, medical gas, domestic hot & cold water, tempered water, glycol, chilled water, natural gas, storm and sanitary sewer, steam and hot water heating and associated distribution and control systems and equipment.
