Job Title: Plumber Multi Trader Location: North East London (Covering Haringey, Islington, Enfield, Waltham Forest, Newham & Tower Hamlets) Salary: £50,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across North East London. This is a mobile role covering Haringey, Islington, Enfield, Waltham Forest, Newham and Tower Hamlets, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties. Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic plumbing systems including taps, toilets, showers, sinks, pipework and drainage systems. Completing plumbing installations and replacements as required.
