Key Responsibilities
Plumbing Maintenance
Perform preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance
Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks and water system failures
Repair blocked drains, burst pipes, faulty valves and taps
Install and maintain water supply, drainage, sewerage and stormwater systems
Repair and replace geysers, pumps and sanitary fittings
Respond to emergency plumbing breakdowns
Building Maintenance
Conduct routine plumbing inspections
Assist with general building maintenance
Ensure uninterrupted plumbing services across all buildings
Coordinate maintenance with contractors and suppliers
Maintain plumbing equipment and company tools
Compliance & Inspections
Ensure compliance with South African plumbing regulations
Conduct plumbing inspections and testing
Issue Plumbing Certificates of Compliance (COCs) where applicable
Maintain maintenance and compliance records
