Job Description
Your new companyAs the sole agency supplier to the HM Prison Service for the provision of maintenance trades and support operatives. Hays is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Plumber for HMP Deerbolt. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the prison service and can often lead to permanent opportunities.
Your new role
Inspect, maintain, and service plumbing systems to prevent faults and ensure safe operation.
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures
Install and upgrade pipework, fittings, and plumbing equipment as required
Respond to emergency call-outs, isolating supplies and carrying out urgent repairs
Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations, completing reports and paperworkYou may be required to assist other trades as and when needed.
You will be required to complete and pass a security clearance prior to starting the position.
