Plumber - Building Maintenance
Location: Pretoria, South Africa
The qualified plumber will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of plumbing systems across multiple company properties. The successful candidate will ensure that all plumbing work complies with relevant South African regulations and standards while maintaining the safety and operational efficiency of all buildings.
Plumbing Maintenance and Repairs
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, blocked drains, burst pipes, faulty valves, taps, geysers, pumps, and sanitary fittings.
- Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, sewerage, and stormwater systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing infrastructure across all sites.
- Repair and replace plumbing fixtures and fittings as required.
