Role Summary
The PLM Capability Lead is a senior role responsible for defining, shaping, and advancing the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capability across the organization. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring PLM supports and enhances Engineering, Services, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and related business processes as part of the broader digital transformation and End-to-End Digital Thread strategy. The Capability Lead serves as the functional and strategic authority for PLM, driving capability roadmap development, cross-functional alignment, business process harmonization, and organizational readiness.
