Upgradation of Roof Cradle PLC Control System - Al Shera Tower
Job Reference: JB
Scope of Work
- Inspect the existing roof cradle control system and identify defective control components.
- Remove the damaged existing control items from the cradle and trolley control panels.
- Upgrade the existing Upline system to a modern PLC control system.
- Supply and install new PLC units for trolley and cradle control operation.
- Carry out PLC programming as required for proper cradle operation.
- Check and rectify control wiring, terminals, relays, switches, and related control accessories.
- Test cradle movement, control response, emergency stop, and safety interlock operation.
- Hand over the roof cradle system in satisfactory working condition.
