Job Description
Position: PLC Engineer
Location: Ramos Arizpe, Mexico
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform RFQ of equipment and processes
- Perform problem solving analysis to find root causes using tools such as DOE, 5W, scientific method, etc.
- Participate in PFMEA development
- Manage and follow up of external suppliers for the integration of the projects
- Participate in Budget development, Develop work instructions
- Give support in the integration and programming of PLC and Robotic Cells
- Administrate and programming SCADA, Automation of manual process
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Engineering Bachelor degree (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic)
- Five years of experience in the automotive industry, Controls Engineer, Automation Engineer
- PLC Allen Bradley/Siemens Advance Programming
- SCADA WinCC or Kepwer advance programming
