Job Description
Within the Manulife Global Wealth & Asset Management (GWAM) – Platform Engineering, Platform Reliability Engineer, responsible for maintaining, enhancing our Azure Kubernetes Services, platform operational procedures, and accountable for platform process efficiencies. Assist with critical ITIL processes and ensure requests/issues are completed in timely manner. Identify, resolve and escape issues around platform management, compliance, and security patterns.
Ownership of customer issues from inception to resolution. Assist in investigation and resolution of all client and product/platform issues in a multi-vendor environment. Handle multiple cases involving a variety of technologies, protocols, and equipment. Responsible for consistent delivery of product services on a 24*7 basis within well-defined Service Level Agreement.
