We currently have over 50 senior software professionals on our team, and we’re hiring more this year. We’re looking for an engineer who wants to own the operational backbone of a real AI platform used in production client environments.
The role
We build and maintain an in-house agentic AI platform based on MCP and agent patterns. We use it in client projects and deliver it as a supported solution.
This role owns the operational side of that platform: making it reliable, deployable, and maintainable across multiple client environments running on Azure. The focus is not on building new features. It’s on making sure everything runs, scales, and can be deployed repeatedly without friction.
