Job Description
Ärztekasse Genossenschaft is seeking a Head of Platform Engineering to lead the Platform Engineering team (about 8 people) in the Zurich area. You will own the Kubernetes-based CDM Cloud Platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap to ensure availability, reliability, security, and scalability across the organization.
In this role you will drive automation, infrastructure as code, and GitOps while mentoring engineers, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and managing budgets and vendors.
