Job Description
Tribe Group seeks a principal‑level engineer in Auckland to own the technical direction of a high‑traffic platform and partner with product teams and engineering leaders. You’ll shape the platform stack across build, run and improvement, balancing delivery with reliability.
In this role you will mentor engineers, establish reusable patterns, and contribute to 24/7 operations through an on‑call roster, driving stability and performance while setting pragmatic trade‑offs and a calm delivery tempo.
