Platform Engineer (Infrastructure / Scalability)
We are looking for Platform Engineers with 3+ years of experience to maintain high reliability while scaling our infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many engineers.
- Design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.
- Maintain uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.
- Improve incident management processes and lead post‑mortems.
- Build and maintain internal tooling (e.g., API, web interface, internal command line) for other engineers.
- Mentor other engineers and lead crews.
- Participate in hiring and shape the candidate experience (e.g., improve technical assessment processes).
