Job Description
Ashby is seeking a curious and rigorous Platform Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer to scale our infrastructure as we grow. You will own projects end-to-end, from compiler optimizations to data security guardrails, all while maintaining reliability for a high-growth product used by notable customers.
You’ll balance performance with simplicity and own critical parts of the Ashby platform. Our team values boring reliability and thoughtful ownership.
