Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support requirement gathering and participate in client workshops
- Translate business needs into system configuration and technical design
- Perform system configuration (workflows, forms, rules, etc.)
- Handle Java backend tasks such as:
- API integration
- Data processing / logic handling
- Troubleshooting backend issues
- Work with engineering teams to implement and validate solutions
- Support SIT/UAT testing and resolve technical issues
- Assist in client communication and coordination
Requirements
- 3-10 years experience in small to mid size software / SaaS / system implementation
- Hands-on experience in Java backend development
- Experience in system configuration or implementation projects
