Job Description
The Role
You will be joining a small technical team of Platform Data Engineers with diverse skills and experience. The job requires a motivated individual who is experienced in taking responsibility, working both individually and as part of a team. You will work closely with internal application teams, external partners, and security teams to ensure files are transferred securely, reliably, and in line with compliance requirements.
Operational Support
Provide support for several Secure File Transfer platforms, primarily Axway SecureTransport
Monitor SFT services to ensure availability, performance, and successful file delivery
Investigate and resolve failed, delayed, or duplicate file transfers
Analyse logs, alerts, and error messages to identify root causes
Escalate issues to 3rd line or vendors where required, following support processes
