Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead system requirements analysis and validation activities using industry methodologies
- Build and maintain deep knowledge of business processes and platform capabilities
- Establish and improve processes for system planning and release planning
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives
- Provide system development effort and cost estimates for ROI analysis
- Produce and maintain initiative and platform system documentation
- Work with engineering teams to develop user stories, use cases, and delivery plans
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems to improve reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (Agile, Lean, or Kanban)
