About the Position
Boge Rubber Mexico is seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer - Plastic Injection Molding to optimize manufacturing processes, ensure process stability, and guarantee compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards required by the organization and our automotive customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and validate process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Analyze and troubleshoot molding defects, cycle time issues, and material waste.
- Coordinate mold trials, pilot runs, and process validations.
- Participate in project transfers and new product launches.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, parameter sheets, and operating standards.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Tooling departments to ensure operationa...
