Job Description
At Connexus, our Repairs Team maintain and prepare our properties. The role of Plasterer multi-skilled, within the Repairs team, is to deliver Multi-Skilled repairs and to carry out other relevant building maintenance works, as required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and capability in Multi-Skilled Plastering works. You will be capable of working independently but also as a key part of a team.
All work is planned and issued electronically; training will be given in this, but basic IT skills are a necessity. You must be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
You will be based from home with occasional travel to our offices but, normally directly to site each day and covering all geographical areas of Connexus Housing.
