Job Description
Lead safe and efficient operations as a Plant Superintendent with Conuma Resources. Strategically manage plant activities, enhance team performance, and uphold quality standards in our mining operations.
This full-time, permanent position offers a unique schedule: 8 days on, 6 days off, with 12-hour shifts. You will provide critical leadership to supervisors, implement standard operating procedures, and investigate incidents to drive operational improvements. Collaborate with an experienced team to meet production and quality objectives while fostering a positive safety culture.
