• Organize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift.
• Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift.
• Record personnel movements (important for productivity calculations and payroll management).
• Ensure the operational efficiency of the plant's facilities and equipment.
• Supervise KPIs (OEE, productivity, overweight, breakage, etc.).
• Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the plant's facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the safety of people and facilities.
• Ensure the quality of the final product and verify certain quality controls.
• Immediate management of breakdowns and coordination with maintenance.
• Maintain a global vision of the process and interdepartmental relationships.
