Key Responsibilities
QA Department Management
Responsible for the overall management of the Plant QA department, including team management, capability development, budget management, and cost control.Ensure the QA team operates effectively to support plant operational and quality objectives.
Raw Material and Process Quality Control
Manage ingredient and raw material control to ensure all incoming materials meet food safety and quality specifications. Establish and maintain effective incoming inspection plans to identify and prevent the use of non‑conforming materials.Lead the QA team in conducting daily in‑line inspections and finished product inspections to ensure production processes comply with product specifications and McCormick quality system requirements.
