Spinifex Recruiting is currently seeking experienced Plant Operators for multiple opportunities across the Northern Rivers region, including Ballina, Lismore, and Casino.
Current Opportunities
We are actively recruiting for the following roles:
✅ Landfill Working Face Operator: Casino based
- Operating excavator and compactor at active landfill sites
- Spreading, compacting, and covering waste in line with EPA and environmental requirements
- Inspecting incoming waste and identifying non-compliant materials
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working face
