The Plant Operations Head is the overall leader responsible for driving manufacturing excellence, operational performance, profitability, and plant governance for a high-volume automotive component manufacturing facility. The role owns complete plant operations with accountability for production delivery, operational efficiency, quality, safety, cost optimization, and people leadership while ensuring world-class service levels to Tier-1 automotive OEM customers
The incumbent will lead cross-functional collaboration across Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, and Engineering to achieve business objectives, maximize asset utilization, and build a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and disciplined execution
