Overview

General Purpose

Plant Managers main task is to run and continuously develop the factory operational and its financial performance. Safety has the highest priority. High quality is our standard. Plant Manager is responsible for product cost competitiveness. He/she will be responsible for HSEQ, output according to demand, absorption performance, manufacturing, local COE, production planning, procurement and ME. Plan Manager is member of R&P; management team and will report to SVP, R&P; Supply Chain.
