Job Summary: The Plant Manager, Material Recovery Facility (MRF) ensures the highest standards of environmental safety and operational excellence by effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned MRF while maintaining cost management. The successful candidate is a visible, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure, makes sound real-time decisions, and drives a strong culture of accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
