The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations within the plant, ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
This role requires strong expertise in plastic extrusion processes, manufacturing of medical products, and operations within cleanroom environments.
The Plant Manager will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the plant meets its operational and financial goals.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 7+ years of plant management or senior manufacturing leadership experience, ideally within the medical device or plastics industry
- Strong expertise in plastic extrusion processes
- Experience managing operations in ISO Class environments
