Major duties and Key Responsibilities
Drive sustainable improvements in factory cost through application of lean six sigma, entitlement thinking, yield improvement, and plant productivity. Be an inspiring and effective leader. Pro-active involvement with division personnel and business teams. Ensure strong alignment of plant goals, metrics, and targets with the business/division targets. Live 3M values through all interactions with the plant population and the community. Make decisions from a global, big 3M perspective.
