Plant Maintenance and Utility Manager

This position leads preventive maintenance, calibration, engineering cGMP compliance, and statutory compliance for manufacturing, packing, and laboratory equipment, utilities and facilities. The manager supervises a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to achieve site KPIs such as productivity, OEE, EHS and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the team of engineers and technicians and support them to achieve the site KPIs including productivity, OEE, EHS, and quality.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of pharmaceutical machinery, including manufacturing and packing equipment.
• Lead calibration activities to ensure equipment remains in good functional condition.
• Oversee machinery such as high‑speed blister packing lines, bottle packing, tablet press, capsule machine, dry and wet granulation, powder mixers and others.
