Role
As the Plant Head you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to the Head of Plant Operations.
The purpose of your role will be to develop & execute the Strategic Policies & decision to achieve various Business Goals.
Lead the development of the operating plan and ensure operational excellence at Hero MotoCorp’s Dharuhera plant to ensure that the production targets & various business goals are achieved and the plant performance is aligned to the overall objectives of Hero MotoCorp.
