Job Description
Job Summary The Plant Head is responsible for the overall management and performance of the manufacturing plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of CRGO transformer laminations. The role includes production planning, quality assurance, process improvement, maintenance, inventory management, manpower development, customer delivery, and compliance with safety and statutory requirements while achieving business objectives. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
MBA (Operations) is an added advantage Experience : - 15–20+ years in manufacturing operations. At least 8 years in a leadership role managing a CRGO transformer lamination plant or transformer core manufacturing facility
