Essential Functions
- Routine facility maintenance duties including plant electrical infrastructure, chilled water systems, HVAC and air exchange systems, facility structural maintenance, compressed air systems and water farm systems.
- Develop monitoring systems which will evaluate the health of facility maintenance.
