Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance engineering strategies to ensure maximum plant uptime and reliability
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures
Develop and manage maintenance budgets, spares, and lifecycle asset plans
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, etc.)
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company engineering standards
Manage contractors and engineering service providers on site
Support production teams with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
Plan and execute plant shutdowns and major maintenance projects
Analyse equipment performance data and implement optimisation strategies
Lead and mentor maintenance teams and technical personnel
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) Factories (advantageous or required...
