**What You’ll Get To Do:**
+ Provide leadership in development and implementation of plant safety initiatives
+ Oversee the optimization of production equipment, including kiln, grinding mills, and related processes and inputs including raw materials and fuels
+ Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts in cooperation with the Maintenance Manager
+ Coordinate refractory related activities, including selection, ordering, removal, installation, and maintenance of refractory history
