Summary: Partners with plant managers and their leadership teams for two plants, Roseland NJ and St Johnsbury Vt. Financial functions included cost and general accounting, inventory, budgeting and forecasting and capital, in a way which facilitates the development and support of an integrated plan for control and reporting of operations, protection of company assets, and compliance with Corporate accounting policies and generally accepted accounting principles.Manage and direct all plant financial activities involving cost and general accounting, inventory and capital.
Manage and coordinate management information personnel and activities in conjunction with plant and corporate policies and objectives.
Lead and Monitor internal SOX control processes. Report any deficiencies or changes to corporate accounting.
Coordinate the preparation of annual forecasts and budgets.
