Job Description
Schedule: 4x onsite, 1 day WFH per week
Role Overview: The Finance Controller drives plant-level financial strategy, cost accounting, and cash flow management. Acting as a strategic business partner, this role bridges shop-floor production and executive finance to minimize waste, optimize product costing, and drive long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage standard costing, BOM, and routing accuracy to determine true product costs; monitor production variances and drive corrective actions with plant managers.
· Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and valuation to mitigate spoilage and ensure optimal stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
· Lead plant-level month-end and year-end close, including accruals, depreciation, and reconciliations.
· Prepare executive dashboards tracking KPIs such as OEE and production line profitability.
