Tender stage - provision of technical inputs as follow

• Determine construction approach, including cast in-situ and precast methodology, as well as other specific requirements.
• Defining construction method, temporary work design, machinery schedule, manpower schedule, and preliminary programme.
• Providing alternative design/proposals and value engineering solutions.

Pre-construction stage

• Lead the development of the detailed project execution plan together with the Project Director and Project Manager.
• Translate tender strategies into practical methodologies including but not limited to precast production rate, mould and shopdrawing planning, sequencing, logistics, and site erection plannin...
